  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original anti-static bags and protective padding to ensure no damage occurs during transit back to our facility.

  Shipping Labels

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of authorization.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
